- Valid government-issued photo ID — driver’s license, passport, state ID, or military ID (must be unexpired).
- Documents ready — fully completed except for the signature lines. Please don’t sign in advance.
- All signers present — every signer must be physically present at the appointment (except when using Remote Online Notarization).
